2020 was a year like no other!
As we still face numerous challenges related to the COVID-19 crisis, all of us here at QuandaGo would like to take a brief moment to wish you a healthy and happy holiday season.
We’d also like to say thank you—especially to our employees, customers and partners—for working together with us during this unprecedented year, and for entrusting QuandaGo during times when your customers needed you the most.
Indeed, it’s times like these that bring out the best in people. In 2020, we saw how new ways of remote working could actually bring us closer together, achieving new levels of teamwork and collaboration. Despite the many challenges, we were able to accomplish great things, including helping our customers transition to home agents, bringing our new customer experience platform to market, welcoming several new customers and partners, and being ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for the year.
Now, 2020 was not always easy. For many of us, there were long hours and intense moments. But together we got through these difficult times. Even though we remained remote and physically disconnected for most of 2020, our bonds with our customers and partners, and between our employees, are stronger than ever. While we may not be there yet, our relationships and many businesses are emerging stronger as a result of this tumultuous year.
We still have work to do to manage through this current crisis, but we are confident that 2021 will see all of us looking forward to a new and very bright future–one with continued growth where we keep moving forward together.
