QuandaGo Promotes Patrick Van Eerden to Chief Financial Officer
Van Eerden to Expand Responsibilities to Include Human Resources and Continue Building a Global Finance Organization
Rotterdam, January 25, 2021 — QuandaGo, a cloud contact center and process automation software provider, today announced the promotion of Patrick van Eerden to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Mr. Van Eerden will continue to manage the company’s Finance operations and teams, supporting QuandaGo’s strategy to build a rapidly scalable, global ‘software-as-a-service’ business. Mr. Van Eerden is also responsible for building and managing the company’s Human Resources function, and serves as a member of the Executive management team.
Today, QuandaGo offers an ‘all-in-one’ platform for omnichannel contact centers, knowledge management and process automation, serving customers in the retail & direct-to-consumer, financial services, travel & logistics, BPO, utilities and local government sectors.
Mr. Van Eerden joined QuandaGo in 2019, establishing QuandaGo’s Finance operations and processes, as well managing the company’s accounting and finance teams. During his time at QuandaGo, Mr. Van Eerden has advanced the company’s overall Finance operations to serve an increasing network of customers and partners in international markets, while supporting the integration of teams and functions resulting from key company acquisitions. With a background in business administration, Van Eerden previously worked for KPMG and VodafoneZiggo.
