QuandaGo goes USA

QuandaGo, the cloud-based omnichannel customer experience solution, is spreading its wings. During the Contact Center Week in Las Vegas, relationships were established for a potential partnership. And at the end of last year the signatures for the new partnership were set: QuandaGo enters into a partnership with Leap. Leap is a daughter and reseller of, among others, Teliax, a large North American provider of innovative cloud-based telecom services. In addition to its own services, Leap will introduce the QuandaGo solution in the North American market under the name Leap Connect.

QuandaGo has particularly attracted Leap’s attention due to the high degree of user-friendliness. This is due to the fact that QuandaGo was developed for and by customer contact professionals. In addition to the favorable pricing, the pricing model is also striking. QuandaGo is one of the few cloud solutions where the manager or team leader can up and down the number of users in real time. Unlike most other solutions, QuandaGo is charged on a monthly basis based on the maximum number of logged-in users. Not the purchasing department, but the operation is at the controls. In addition, QuandaGo is not affiliated with a specific telecom operator. This ensures that the solution can be easily and quickly linked within existing VoIP environments.

VANAD sees a large market in America where much can still be achieved with QuandaGo. VANAD considers the partner model to be the most suitable for developing the footprint. Local partners already have customers and relationships, VANAD can add unique propositions and specific expertise in the field of customer service.

As a new partner of QuandaGo in North America, Leap will take care of the implementation and support itself. To this end, two teams were trained on the VANAD campus in Capelle aan den IJssel in December and January: a sales team from Leap Connect and a deployment team from Teliax. In addition, the QuandaGo team will provide in-depth training in the US in the coming period.

Leap has now realized the first leads. The goal is to have QuandaGo seats live by the end of 2019, not only in North America, but also in Canada and Southeast Asia.

QuandaGo is part of VANAD Group. VANAD Group is a fast-growing, internationally operating company that provides innovative business solutions in the field of information and communication technology.
