It’s Official! QuandaGo Ranks #29 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50
I’m pleased to share the news that QuandaGo was officially named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for 2020, coming in at #29 among a list of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. We couldn’t be more proud of everyone here at QuandaGo for achieving this outstanding recognition during this challenging year—and we’re honored to stand beside this impressive group of companies. We’d like to formally thank Deloitte for recognizing our company and its people, and we especially thank our customers and partners for trusting us to help them deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
When we launched QuandaGo, we had a clear vision for helping companies bring their customer interactions, knowledge and processes together in a single place—from the web site to the contact center, the back office and beyond. As we all faced never-before-seen challenges in 2020, I’m proud to say that we still delivered on this vision in many ways throughout the year, including:
- Launching the industry’s first connected experience platform.
- Expanding our management team to support international growth.
- Delivering unique and proven intelligent process automation solutions for our customers.
- Integrating Microsoft Teams with contact centers, process automation and cloud telephony.
- Innovating with conversational AI partners, Spitch, Tailo, Koopid and IPSoft’s Amelia.
- Joining forces with new go-to-market partners in the US, Europe and Asia, including Teliax, G12 Communications, Trustcom and Tritel Communications.
- Launching Holland’s 3000-agent Coronavirus Appointment line cloud contact center in just 10 days with Teleperformance.
- Advising and enabling customers on home agents and improving home agent engagement.
But, we’re not done yet!
Rather, we’re just getting started. As we finish out 2020 and enter the new year ahead, we have even bigger aspirations and even more confidence thanks to our success thus far.
Most of all, we’re committed to continue working closely with our customers to help them innovate the customer experience and achieve success—while creating an environment where our employees are empowered and our partners are enabled for growth.
