Last Friday was an exhilarating day of learning and growth at Bliss! QuandaGo was asked to organize the growth day at Bliss. We dedicated our growth day to shaping the Artificial Intelligence elective module, and it was nothing short of inspiring. The morning session was all about understanding the fundamentals of AI. We broke down complex concepts into understandable language, exploring the origins of AI and the diverse themes that fall under its umbrella. Thanks to the expertise of QuandaGo, the team was able to grasp the essentials and build a solid foundation for the afternoon session.
The afternoon session was where the real magic happened. The team dove headfirst into the practical applications of AI in customer experience (CX). Our consultants tackled a variety of business cases, brainstorming innovative ways to leverage AI to enhance customer interactions. We also explored the art of presenting AI business cases to boardrooms, focusing on how to effectively communicate the value of AI and secure buy-in for AI-driven CX initiatives.
By the end of the day, it was clear that our Bliss consultants had not only grown individually but had also collectively gained valuable insights from QuandaGo. We left them with a deeper understanding of how to leverage AI to drive innovation in customer contact and a renewed enthusiasm for the transformative potential of AI in the CX landscape. It was truly an inspiring day that underscored the importance of AI as the driving force behind innovation in customer experience.
