We’re changing how we manage feature suggestions

At QuandaGo, we are committed to continuously improving our products and services to meet the ever-changing needs of our relations. As part of our ongoing efforts to continually improve your user experiences as well, we are pleased to introduce to you the QuandaGo Suggestions Portal – your dedicated platform for submitting and tracking feature requests for our Contact Center product.

Your insights and suggestions play a crucial role in further shaping the future of our solutions. Therefore, we are streamlining the process by providing a user-friendly, centralized portal where you can easily share your ideas, vote on existing suggestions and be in touch with our product development team. Your valuable suggestions are evaluated in advance of each quarterly schedule.

The Suggestion Portal is the place to go for:

  • Suggestions to customize and improve the user interface (UI);
  • Requests to update a popular existing functionality;
  • Requests for an entirely new functionality;
  • Requests for integration with other products.

This also means that per going live of the portal, we will no longer handle such requests through our service desk from now on. For configuration requests, user management, support questions, bugs, malfunctions, etc. you can of course still contact our service desk.

The QuandaGo Suggestions Portal has thus been created to provide you with a more user-friendly digital platform where you can easily submit feature requests, track them and work on them immediately. This promotes our collaboration and transparency, where you can directly contribute to the evolution of our products!

Change sometimes comes with challenges, however, we are confident that this transition will ultimately result in a more efficient and effective process for managing your suggestions and feedback and allows us to include your voice in the further development of our services and products.
